Through its founding partners (Tenor), InRail is part of a network of related companies operating in the fields of rail transport, shunting, maintenance, innovative logistics and training. These include FuoriMuro Impresa Ferroviaria and Multimodal Transport Operator Metrocargo Italia.

This network now employs a total of around 480 resources and has a turnover of approximately EUR 115 million.

LocoItalia S.r.l.

Established in 2017, LocoItalia is the first Italian rolling stock company committed to the purchase and rental of rolling stock. The mission of the company is to answer to the needs of Italian rail operators that may have difficulties in finding the necessary financial support to carry out their activities.

TS – Traction & Service S.r.l 
Established in 2009, TS provides shunting services to industrial sites connected to the rail line in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, i.e. the terminals of ABS S.p.A. and Consorzio COSEF (former Aussa Corno Consorzio).
The company also delivers shunting to the plants of Gruppo Veronesi in Fossano and San Pietro in Gù, and in Lecco Maggianico, San Giovanni in Persiceto and Udine Parco yards.

MaReSer S.r.l.
MaReSer delivers maintenance and revamping services for port and rail sectors since 2011.
Located in the port of Genoa with secondary offices in Vado Ligure (SV) and Trasaghis (UD), the company numbers among its certifications ERA European Register for maintenance on rail wagons and Maintenance Function Certification in compliance with European Regulation No.445/2011, issued by Bureau Veritas.

SerForm Sagl
Serform is a Training Center acknowledged by ANSF capable of offering a qualified preparation for each activity related to rail freight and maintenance to Professionals and Companies across Europe. It delivers a wide panel of educational programs and classes conceived to satisfy the needs of rail undertakings and logistics operators, and also dedicates specific learning processes to individuals willing to pursue a career related to safety aspects of rail operations.

I.Log – Iniziative Logistiche S.r.l.
First company of the Network to be established in 2004, I.Log has as its mission the development and promotion of innovative logistic initiatives.
Among technological solutions conceived by the company, it should be recalled Metrocargo, the automated equipment for the relaunch of freight transport capable of handling containers under the electrical line without any shunting. Thanks to European co-financing, a Metrocargo prototype has been produced.

Metrocargo Italia S.r.l.
Metrocargo Italia is a multimodal transport operator providing door-to-door services since 2013.
The company provides the only intermodal service between Italy and France through Ventimiglia, which has been entirely shifted from road to rail and connects every day Northern Italy with Southern France, thus allowing the goods to reach their destinations through the safest, fastest and most environmentally friendly mode.
