Personal data information pursuant to art. 13 EU RGPD 679/2016


InRail S.p.A., in the person of its legal representative pt, VAT number 01633680994, with registered office in Genoa (GE) in Via Operai n. 8, as data controller, respects the right to privacy of visitors to its website reachable at the following address:

(hereinafter Visitors) and recognizes the importance of protecting personal data.
With the entry into force of EU Regulation n. 679 of 27 April 2016 - GDPR we have updated our privacy policy in order to provide Visitors with all the information on how we collect, manage and store personal data collected online.

Data Controller
The personal data collected during navigation on our site will be processed by InRail SpA, registered office in Genoa (GE) in Via Operai n. 8, as data controller (Data Controller). 

Purpose of processing
The personal data collected during navigation on our site will be processed only to allow viewing of the contents of the website.

Type of personal data collected 
The personal data collected on the site are exclusively navigation data. For example, navigation data are the data that the server automatically records at each visit to the site, such as the IP addresses of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. This category also includes "Social Buttons" that exclusively allow the connection and viewing of the company's social profiles (created on social networks such as, for example, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). These "buttons" exclusively allow users who are browsing the site to reach the social networks referable to the Data Controller with a "click". The interactions that take place within the social network are in any case subject to the rules and privacy settings of the respective social networks.
The personal data collected on the site do not have the nature of particular data.

Data processing methods and duration of processing
The processing of personal data is carried out using manual, paper, computer and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes specified in the privacy policy and in any case in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.
The Company, internally, entrusts the processing of personal data to authorized persons who have received specific instructions and training and who have undertaken to process the data in a confidential manner. 

Duration of Treatment 
Personal data are stored for a maximum period of 12 months.

Updates
The Data Controller, following indications from the Supervisory Authorities or in the event of organizational changes, may update and/or modify this document. Therefore, Visitors must periodically check for any changes. 

Visitor Rights 
In implementation of the principle of transparency, the Visitor may request all information regarding the processing of his/her personal data as well as exercise the rights recognized by the GDPR and specified in articles 15 – 23 EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 - GDPR:
- access to personal data; 
- obtain the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him/her;
- object to the processing; 
- data portability;
- withdraw consent: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).
